The subgroups deliver their release candidate specification to the steering committee. The Specification Authority is a change team committee for existing LSB standards. The Test Suite Maintenance Authority is a change team committee for existing conformance test releases. The certification authority gives problem reports to the specification authority and test suite maintenance authority.
